Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel is a highly effective overnight facial gel. Containing 15% Alpha Hydroxy Acid Complex of Glycolic, Lactic and Mandelic Acids for a micro–cellular exfoliation to resurface the upper skin layer, remove dead skin cells, unclog pores and help to diminish skin imperfections.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Irritation Occcured This was my first every Dr LeWinn's product, and was therefore very excited to try it out. However, I was a little disappointed with the overall results. Firstly, the price was okay for the amount you get. Not too cheap, but not overly expensive either. I purchased it from my local chemist, but I am sure you could purchase it online too. The packaging itself was very simple and sleek. The pump dispenser was great, and dispensed the perfect amount needed to cover the entire face. The product consistency was like a thick liquid. There was no fragrant scent, so I think it is ideal for applying to the face/more sensitive areas. When applied to the skin, it felt nice and cold, and after a few minutes, a tingling sensation would come about (which meant that it was effetcive!) However, I found that it irritated my eyes. I tried several times, and ensured not to apply the product near my eyes, however, they still watered and became red, so unfortunately I have stopped using it for a little while.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dr. LeWinn’s Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very keen to give this skin peel a try, as it promised really great results. At first, I found that the peel, when used in conjunction with the moisturising serum, did leave my skin feeling smooth and soft and it only felt tingly and cold upon application. However, I think that this peel may be too abrasive for my sensitive skin type. I found that when I had a flare up on my face following something that I ate giving me a reaction (redness and sensitivity, happens to me occasionally), when I used this peel that night, it was actually quite painful rather than just tingly. I would recommend that if you have sensitive skin, breakouts or abrasions on your face, avoid using this peel until they heal, as it can be quite painful. On the positive side, the peel was very easy to apply, it absorbed completely into my skin and it did leave my skin feeling somewhat rejuvenated. It was easy to incorporate this peel into my nighttime beauty regime for the recommended two times per week. But it has quite a strong fragrance that borders on unpleasant, and given that I didn't really see the results that I was hoping for, I don't think I will continue using this product into the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wouldn't recommend this product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this product but it missed the mark for me. I found the consistency to be very tacky and didn't absorb nicely into my skin. This meant that any kind of product used after the peel also didn't absorb, instead everything just sat on the surface of my skin. My acne scars are the red/dark kind that are left after you've picked at a pimple. I was hoping to notice these marks fade after using the Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel but didn't notice a difference. Also I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or not but after using this product I broke out in the same area.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gentle and effective exfoliator [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate to be included in the beauty crew review team for this product as I love a good exfoliator! This serum has gentle AHAs and was lovely to use! My skin is used to far stronger exfoliators but I still felt it left my skin nice and glowy immediately after use. This product comes in an easy to use pump bottle with one pump enough to cover my whole face (and the excess used at the back of my hands!). I didn't use this in my neck as the skin is delicate there. I didn't find this gel had any distinct smell and was clear and thick in texture. It absorbed quickly but I found it left my skin feeling fairly tight. I waited till it was completely dried on my skin before shooting my next serums or moisturiser. My skin didn't feel tingly following my using it, but like I said, I'm used to using stronger products. I used this twice a week and found my skin was lovely and smooth the next morning. Ongoing use will ensure my skin remains glowy and smooth.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slightly dissapointed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as part of the review crew trial and was super excited as have heard great things about it not to mention Dr Lewinns products are pretty good but I was a little disappointed. I do love the purple packaging and the easy-to-use pump. The peel is clear and has a very light smell that you barely notice. It absorbs quickly and is not greasy. It does give off a bit of a tingle when you first apply it but I did not get the cold sensation noted may be a possibility just a slight tingle for a few seconds which quickly disappeared. I have been using this in conjunction with the Dr Lewinns accelerator for just over 4 weeks and the only difference I have noticed is that my complexion looks more radiant and a little brighter. Apart from that I have not noticed any other improvements to my fine lines, pores or anything else the product claims to assist with at this early stage.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NO IMPROVEMENT - SADLY !! I have been following the peel regime for over 2 weeks now and haven't noticed any difference in my skin texture. Will persist and hope that I see results down the track. Good product though - doesn't burn, despite the strength.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Feels like an institute peel at home [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried Dr. LeWinn’s Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel in conjunction with the serum, as recommended - twice per week for the peel, twice a day for the serum. First things first, I loved the packaging, thought it looked really good. I wished there were more things I loved about the product, but unfortunately that’s it…the combined usage of the 2 products just didn’t work for me and I have not seen any significant improvement on my skin. Maybe it needs to be used for a few months before showing results, but not sure how many consumers would be that patient. Anyway, the texture of the peel itself was nice (gel like) and the smell was ok (unlike the serum); you’ll definitely feel the tingle after application- the same way as you would if you got a peel at an beauty institute. To the people with sensitive skins, you should be ok using it, which is always a plus. Because they work as a system and the serum was not a winner in my opinion, I would not recommend but the price of both isn’t extortionate so give it a try if you want to

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sadly not for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always up for trying new skincare products. Especially ones that aim to improve skin texture. I have combination skin with an ioly t-zone and get texture on my cheeks. I loved the sound of the Dr Lewinn's Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel. I had high hopes that the AHA's would improve my skin texture and provide me with smooth luminous skin. Sadly this wasn't the case. After using the serum for a month I still wasn't seeing the results I'd hoped for. My skin literally felt no different and I was left feeling disappointed, the texture was still there and so were my clogged pores. The peel itself was nice to apply, I took a little while to soak in but didn't create any irritation at all. It also had a nice scent which I really enjoyed. Overall, I wish I could recommend this product to family and friends but I know there are better products out there.
