Blueberry, Peach & Coconut Collagen Smoothie Bowl Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 1 x sachet of Marine Collagen Peptide+ Inner Beauty Liquid Shot
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 x peach, core removed
• 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons oats
• 1 cup ice

To serve on top: blueberries, sliced peach, coconut flakes

METHOD

• Add all ingredients and the Marine Collagen Peptide+ Inner Beauty Shot to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
• Serve topped with blueberries, sliced peach and coconut flakes.
